本文对15个省市的中医优势病种地方目录与国家推荐目录进行匹配分析。结果显示,地方与国家目录共匹配38个病种,主要分布在骨科、内科、外科,同时各地也存在部分独有病种。据此建议,加快地方目录与国家推荐目录有序衔接,建立动态调整机制,按区域基础分层推进,制定差异化落地策略,推动中医优势病种按病种付费加快落地实施。

This paper conducts a matching analysis on the local catalogs of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) dominant diseases from 15 provinces and prefecture-level cities and the national recommended catalog. The results show that a total of 38 diseases are matched between the local catalogs and the national one, which are mainly distributed in orthopedics, internal medicine and surgery. In addition, several TCM dominant diseases exclusive to certain regions are included in local catalogs. It is suggested to promote the orderly alignment between local and national catalogs, establish a dynamic catalog adjustment mechanism, carry out phased implementation in light of regional conditions, and formulate differentiated implementation strategies, so as to accelerate the implementation of case-based payment for dominant diseases of TCM.
