目的:梳理典型地区医疗服务价格项目立项指南出台、落地进展，总结落地经验与问题。方法:利用政策文本分析、文献综述法梳理立项指南出台背景并筛选典型省份，通过深度访谈总结主要经验。结果:总结整理了典型地区立项指南落地的工作模式，介绍了其在项目映射、价格制定、技耗分离、新增项目上的经验做法。结论:立项指南落地初步形成了可借鉴的典型经验，但在价格制定和调整、耗材收费等方面仍存在待解决问题。
Abstract
Objective:The paper reviews the introduction and implementation progress of the item setting guides for medical service price and summarizes the experiences and challenges. Methods:Using policy document analysis and literature review, the background of the introduction of the item setting guides was reviewed, and typical provinces were selected. In-depth interviews were conducted to summarize the main experiences. Results:The working models of typical regions in the implementation of the item setting guides were summarized, and experiences in item mapping, price setting, separation of technology and consumables, and the introduction of new items were introduced. Conclusion:The implementation of the item setting guides has led to the formation of preliminary mature experiences. However, there are still unresolved issues with price setting and adjustment, and the charging of consumables.
