摘要

省级医药集中采购平台在我国医药流通产业中占据了核心地位,在开展供应链金融服务方面具有不可替代的优势。本文对供应链金融及其在医药领域的发展现状进行了概述,对省级医药集中采购平台开展供应链金融服务的可行性进行了研究。同时,通过对广东药交所和重庆药交所在供应链金融服务方面的案例分析,从省级医药集中采购平台的视角,提出了具有针对性的政策建议,从而丰富了供应链金融服务在医药领域的应用研究,旨在为医保部门相关政策的制定提供有益参考。

Abstract

Provincial pharmaceutical centralized procurement platforms hold a core position in China's pharmaceutical circulation industry and possess irreplaceable advantages in carrying out supply chain financial services. This paper provides an overview of supply chain finance and its development status in the pharmaceutical field, and conducts a feasibility study on the supply chain financial services carried out by provincial pharmaceutical centralized procurement platforms. Meanwhile, by conducting case analysis of the Guangdong Pharmaceutical Exchange and the Chongqing Pharmaceutical Exchange in supply chain financial services, this paper puts forward targeted suggestions and measures from the perspective of provincial pharmaceutical centralized procurement platforms. It enriches the application research of supply chain financial services in the pharmaceutical field and provides a reference for the formulation of relevant policies by medical insurance departments.
