中医优势病种遴选原则的设定为中医医保支付政策制定的首要环节,选准、选好中医优势病种将影响中医药传承创新发展。本文通过梳理各地中医优势病种医保支付政策中的遴选原则、遴选标准,结合临床视角,提出进一步明确遴选标准、建立相应工作机制、促进不同视角下的遴选原则有机融合等建议。
Abstract
The establishment of the selection principles for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) dominant diseases is the primary step in formulating TCM medical insurance payment policies, and selection of TCM dominant diseases will affect the inheritance, innovation, and development of TCM. By sorting out the selection principles and standards of local medical insurance payment policies for TCM dominant diseases, the paper proposes suggestions from a clinical perspective to further clarify the selection standards, establish corresponding work mechanisms, and promote the organic integration of selection principles from different perspectives.
