医保数据作为推动新质生产力发展的重要动能之一,其价值的充分挖掘将对经济增长产生显著推动作用。当前,医保行业着力于加强数据治理促进数据要素化、构建安全可信的数据流通机制、推动医保数据与人工智能等新技术的深度融合等工作,以推动产业深度转型升级。本文以医保行业可信数据空间构建为例,介绍了如何在全面数据监管的基础上,以应用场景为导向建立开放可监管的数据流通体系,合规挖掘医疗健康数据价值。预计该数据空间构建可有效提升医疗保障的治理水平,还将为医疗健康产业的发展提供新的机遇,为我国构建新发展格局注入更多动能。

As one of the crucial drivers for the development of new quality productive forces, healthcare security data holds significant potential to stimulate economic growth through comprehensive value extraction. At present, the healthcare security sector focuses on strengthening data governance to promote data elementization, establishing secure and trustworthy data circulation mechanisms, and fostering deep integration of healthcare security data with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, in order to promote the deep transformation and upgrading of industries. This paper takes the construction of a trusted data space in the healthcare security industry as an example, introduces how to establish an open and supervisable data circulation system oriented towards practical application scenarios based on comprehensive data supervision, and promotes the value mining of healthcare data within a compliant framework. The data space construction can effectively improve the level of healthcare governance, and create fresh opportunities for the medical industry's advancement, injecting new momentum into China's new development paradigm.
