目的: 阐述成本控制策略对儿科医疗服务价格改革的影响,以期为优化儿科医疗服务价格管理提供参考。方法: 通过分析儿科医疗服务成本构成的六个鲜明特点及儿科医疗服务价格现状,提出儿科医疗服务价格的成本控制策略建议。结果: 儿科医疗服务成本构成有着鲜明的学科特色,需要更多人力成本、管理成本等投入。目前,医疗服务价格目录中儿科专项项目有限,儿童医疗服务价格加收政策有待统一和加强,儿科类医疗服务技术劳务价值体现不够充分,学科间比价不平衡。结论: 建议实施成本控制策略,优化资源配置,有效管理投入成本,建立儿科医联体,降低儿科患者就医成本。

Objective: The paper analyzes the impact of cost control strategies on the reform of pediatric medical service price, in order to provide a reference for optimizing the management of pediatric medical service price. Methods: By analyzing the six distinct characteristics of pediatric medical service cost composition and the current situation of pediatric medical service price, the paper proposed the cost control strategies for pediatric medical service price. Results: The cost composition of pediatric medical service has distinct disciplinary characteristics, requiring more investment in labor costs, management costs, etc. At present, the pediatric special projects in the medical service price catalogue are insufficient, and the policy of additional fees for pediatric medical services need to be unified and strengthened. The technologies and labor in pediatric medical services are not fully valued, and the price comparison between disciplines is unbalanced. Conclusions: It is recommended to implement cost control strategies, optimize the resource allocation, effectively manage investment costs, establish pediatric medical consortiums, and reduce the cost of medical treatment for pediatric patients.
