目的: 探讨按疾病诊断相关分组（DRG）付费对神经内科学科发展的影响,并形成指导策略。方法: 采用统计学描述方法,使用效率、效能、效益等指标,对广西某三级甲等综合医院神经内科2022年DRG分组数据进行学科发展评价。结果: 样本医院神经内科效率指标、效能指标均偏低,专科病组覆盖率不高,重点病组权重集中在低权重病组,科室医疗服务的产能有待提升。结论: DRG支付方式改革对于神经内科学科发展有着深远影响。通过DRG运行数据分析可进行精细化管理,提质增效降本,提高综合救治能力、专病专治能力,形成集中救治疑难危重等重点病组的理念,从而促进神经内科学科高质量发展。

Objective: This study aims to investigate the development of neurology based on the reform of DRG payment and provide guidance. Methods: Data on 2022 DRG groups related to neurology in a tertiary general hospital in Guangxi were analyzed with statistical descriptive indicators focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and benefits. Results: The efficiency and effectiveness indicators were relatively low, with a low disease group coverage rate in specialized disease groups. The relative weight of key disease groups is concentrated in low relative weight disease groups, and the production capacity of medical services in the neurology departments needs to be improved. Conclusions: The reform of the DRG payment method has significantly affected the development of neurology. Through the analysis of DRG data, a refined management could be established, which can improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Also, it can improve ability for comprehensive and special therapy, and form the concept of treating patients with difficult or serious illnesses, thereby promoting the high-quality development of neurology.
