目的: 通过河南省首批公立医疗机构联盟带量采购实践分析,为完善止血医用耗材带量采购接续采购工作提供参考。方法: 从医疗机构视角出发,以止血医用耗材为例,运用统计描述方法概述Z医院止血医用耗材带量采购数据,结合一年签约期内中选结果执行情况,详细分析医疗机构联盟带量采购实践情况。结果: 部分中选产品存在价差较大、分组设置过细等问题。建议：后续带量采购工作应重视临床多样化需求,合理设置分组;引导医院精准填报用量,发挥以量换价优势;监督协议量完成进度,保障中选企业权益。

Objective: To provide a reference for improving the continuous procurement of hemostatic medical consumables through analysis of the first batch of public medical institution alliances in Henan Province. Methods: From the perspective of medical institutions, taking hemostatic medical consumables as an example, statistical description methods were used to summarize the procurement data of hemostatic medical consumables in Z Hospital. With the execution of the selected consumables within the one-year agreement period, a detailed analysis was conducted on the practice of medical institution alliance's procurement. Results: Some of the selected products have issues such as large price differences and too detailed grouping settings. Suggestion: Subsequent procurement should pay attention to diverse clinical needs, reasonably set up groups, guide hospitals to accurately submit amount, leverage the advantage of exchanging quantity for price, supervise the agreed quantity and ensure the interests of the enterprises.
