目的: 调研北京市医疗机构法治合规专项领域管理情况。方法: 通过问卷调研北京市613家医疗机构工作人员,共计30833份问卷,对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果: 通过排查情况与分析可知,北京市各医疗机构对不同合规专项领域存在聚焦程度的偏差,最受关注的合规领域是执业合规、医保合规与采购合规。结论: 北京市各医疗机构在部分领域组织开展了合规管理工作,但尚未形成全领域的合规管理体系,医疗机构应结合目前已开展领域合规管理经验,逐步实现在医疗服务各领域完善合规管理建设的目标。

Objective: The paper investigates the law compliance special field management of medical institutions in Beijing. Methods: A total of 30833 questionnaires were collected from 613 medical institutions in Beijing, and the results of the questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Results: Through investigation and analysis, we found that there were deviations in the focus degree of different compliance areas among medical institutions in Beijing, and the most concerned compliance areas are practicing compliance, medical insurance compliance and procurement compliance. Conclusion: Medical institutions in Beijing have carried out compliance management in some fields, but have not yet formed a compliance management system in all fields. Medical institutions should gradually achieve the goal of improving compliance management in all fields of medical services based on the current experience of compliance management in several fields.
