我国医疗服务价格项目管理进入新阶段,对于医疗服务价格项目的创新准入提出了更高要求。本文基于我国各省的实践,厘清医疗服务项目、医疗服务价格项目以及医疗技术等较易混淆概念的关系,梳理了当前我国医疗服务价格项目创新准入的方法和路径,提出未来可从构建医疗服务价格项目与技术规范项目的管理映射表、关注创新技术的真实世界数据、完善国家层面的创新性和经济性指导规范以及成本测算指南等方面持续开展工作,为建立符合中国国情的医疗服务价格项目创新准入体系提供参考。
Abstract
The management of medical service price items in China has entered a new stage, and higher requirements have been put forward for innovative access to medical service price items. This article is based on the practice of various provinces in China, clarifying the relationship between medical service items, medical service price items, and medical technology, which are easily confused concepts. It outlines the methods and paths for innovative access to medical service price items in China, and proposes that in the future, we can build a management mapping table between medical service price items and technical specification items, focus on real-world data of innovative technology. We will continue to carry out work in improving national innovation and economic guidance standards, as well as cost estimation guidelines, to provide references for establishing an innovative access system for medical service pricing projects that is in line with China's national conditions.
