随着数字中国建设加速推进以及全国医疗保障系统数字化能力的不断提升,本文认为药械交易作为医药流通链条中的关键环节,其产生的交易数据正以“小切口”方式对医药供给服务“大场景”发挥着核心驱动力作用。本文以药械交易数据为研究对象,通过分析现状、问题探究,并对重庆的探索实践进行分析和思考,重点研究数据赋能医药供给全链条、三医协同发展和治理产生的效能,提出药械交易数据赋能高效医药服务供给的总体框架、规划和路径建议。

the construction of Digital China being accelerated, and the continuous improvement of digitalization ability of the national medical insurance system, this article takes the procurement of pharmaceutical and medical apparatus as a key link in the medical circulation chain, and its transaction data is playing a core driving force in “a big scene” of pharmaceutical supply services in a "small incision" way. Taking the transaction data of pharmaceutical and medical apparatus as the study object, by analyzing current situation and existing problems, and analyzing and thinking based on the examples of exploration and practice in Chongqing, this study focuses on the complete chain of pharmaceutical chain and the effectiveness of the coordinated development and governance of medical care, medical insurance and medicine, and presents the overall framework, planning and suggestion to transaction data of pharmaceutical and medical apparatus empowering the quality development of medical services supplying.
