摘要

按照北京市医疗保障工作部署,北京某中医医院推进实行DRG模拟支付,在历史数据分析、医疗行为规范、病案首页质量、医保支付改革等方面重点开展工作,通过一段时间的支付数据有效分析,为中医医院DRG医保支付改革提供实践经验和改革策略。

Abstract

According to the requirements of Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Beijing promoted the implementation of DRG simulation payment, focusing on historical data analysis, medical behavior code, the quality of the medical records' homepage, medical insurance payment reform and other aspects. Through the data results of simulation payment for a period of time, this paper provides practical experience and reform strategies for the DRG medical insurance payment reform of traditional Chinese medicine institutions.
