儿科工作操作难度较大、职业风险较高、医疗服务历史价格偏低、收费与成本偏离。本文在回顾国家层面儿科医疗服务价格形成与动态调整相关政策基础上,梳理比较部分省份儿科收费项目设立、定价与调价进展,对完善儿科医疗服务价格提出建议。各地可结合儿科医疗服务特点,设立适合价格项目,用足计价说明加收范围和比例;区分通用型和复杂型项目,通过评估及时启动价格动态调整,体现技术劳务特点,支持儿科学科发展。

The pediatric operation is difficult, occupational risk is high, historical price of medical services is relatively low, and fees and costs are deviated. On the basis of reviewing the policies related to the formation and dynamic adjustment of pediatric medical service prices at the national level, this paper compared the setting, pricing and price adjustment of pediatric medical service in some provinces, and put forward proposals for improving the price of pediatric medical services. According to the characteristics of pediatric medical service, the appropriate price items can be set up, and the scope and proportion of additional fees should be explained by full pricing. General and complex projects should be distinguished, and dynamic price adjustment should be initiated in time to reflect the characteristics of technical labor and support the development of pediatrics after evaluation.
