居民对于医保制度的知晓度将会影响其报销体验和就诊抉择,进而影响其参保获得感,因此有必要寻找提升医保政策知晓度的有效路径。本研究以太仓市居民为调查对象进行问卷调查,利用描述统计、多因素logistic回归分析、方差分析等方法,分析太仓居民对医保政策的知晓情况,并提出医保政策知晓度提升路径。共收到有效问卷559份,结果显示居民整体医保政策知晓度较低,其中知晓度最低的依次是“门特门慢”“长护保险”“生育结报”“大病保险”和“异地就医”。除了不同政策之间的知晓度存在明显差异,还存在人群差异,同时医保政策宣传服务差异对医保知晓度也有较大影响。

Residents' awareness of the medical insurance system will affect their reimbursement and decision-making of medical treatment, thereby affecting their sense of gain. Therefore, it is necessary to find effective ways to improve the awareness of medical insurance policies. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on residents of Taicang City and applied descriptive statistics, multivariate logistic regression analysis, analysis of variance, and other methods to analyze the awareness of medical insurance policies among residents of Taicang City and propose a path to improve their awareness of medical insurance policies. A total of 559 valid questionnaires was collected, and the results showed that the overall awareness of medical insurance policies among residents was relatively low. Among them, the lowest level of awareness was chronic and special diseases in outpatient service, long-term care insurance, maternity insurance reimbursement, major disease insurance, and remote medical treatment. There are differences in awareness among policies, populations, and differences in medical insurance policy promotion services also have a significant impact on medical insurance awareness.
