目的: 以兰州大学在校学生为主要调查对象,分析在校大学生参保情况。方法: 采用自填式问卷调查方法,对在校大学生参保情况、参保意愿等进行调查。结果: 共回收问卷3902份,其中有效问卷3602份,有效率92.31%。大学生在学校参保的占54.86%,在户籍地参保而未在学校参保的占41.95%,既未在学校参保也未在户籍地参保的仅占3.19%。未在学校参保的主要原因是大多数学生认为在户籍地参保更方便,同时与大学生参保意愿、医保认知、家庭经济条件、已经购买商业保险及所在学校医保政策宣传等因素相关。结论: 建议将大学生纳入城乡居民基本医疗保险制度,在学籍地参保。加强医保参保宣传,提升大学生对医保政策、保障范围等基本内容的认知,有效扩大参保覆盖面。

Objective: The paper investigates the college students' participation in medical insurance, with college students from Lanzhou University as the main subjects. Methods: A self-filled questionnaire survey was used to investigate the medical insurance participation and willingness of college students. Results: 3902 questionnaires were collected, and 3602 were valid with an effective rate of 92.31%. 54.86% of college students participated in medical insurance at school, 41.95% of college students participated in medical insurance in registered residence, but not at school. Only 3.19% of college students neither participated in medical insurance at school nor registered residence. Top reason for not being insured at school is that most students think it is more convenient to participate in the registered residence. Other reasons include students' intention, cognition of medical insurance, family economic conditions, purchase of commercial health insurance and inadequate publicity of policies in their schools and so on. Conclusion: It is suggested that college students should be included in the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents and must be insured at school. We should strengthen the publicity of medical insurance participation, improve students' cognition of medical insurance policies, coverage and other basic contents, so that effectively expand medical insurance coverage.
