摘要

近年来,惠民保产品发展迅速,惠民保的产品特点和定位、如何更好发挥惠民保的补充保障作用有待进一步研究。本文通过梳理基本医疗保险与商业健康保险的关系,分析惠民保产品特点与定位,提出推动惠民保发展的做法建议,以期进一步推动惠民保可持续发展,发挥商业健康保险的补充保障作用。

Abstract

In recent years, city-customized medical insurance products have developed rapidly. It is necessary to study the characteristics and positioning of city-customized medical insurance and how to better play its supplementary role. By comparing the relationship between basic medical insurance and commercial health insurance, and analyzing the characteristics and positioning of city-customized medical insurance, we put forward suggestions for promoting the development of city-customized medical insurance to promote its sustainable development and play the supplementary role of commercial health insurance.
