摘要

医院加强医保基金监管,构建规范化标准化监管模式,有利于进一步规范医疗服务行为、促进医保基金安全有效规范使用。本文以湖南省某三甲医院为例,基于医疗医保协同视角分析该院医保基金监管存在的问题,提出规范化标准化的医保基金监管策略,并总结基金监管初步效果,为医院进一步加强医保基金监管提供参考。

Abstract

Hospitals should strengthen the supervision of medical insurance funds and build a normalized and standardized supervision model, which is conducive to further standardizing medical service behavior and promoting the safe and effective use of medical insurance funds. This paper takes a Grade III A hospital in Hunan Province as an example, analyzes the problems in its medical insurance fund supervision from the perspective of medical service and medical insurance coordination, proposes normalized and standardized medical insurance fund supervision strategies, and summarizes the preliminary effect of fund supervision, providing reference for hospitals to further strengthen the supervision of medical insurance funds.
