随着医药行业发展和医保准入工作的不断深入,我国目前面临着创新药数量快速增加、创新药水平参差不齐以及医保基金收支不平衡等新的压力和挑战。本文探索医保准入制度的精细化、差异化管理,基于创新程度对不同创新药的医保准入进行差异化管理,提高医保基金的使用效率、降低医保基金压力、提高患者用药可及性,实现更高水平的保基本。
Abstract
With the development of the pharmaceutical industry and medical insurance access, China is currently facing new pressures and challenges such as the rapid increase in the number of innovative drugs, uneven levels of innovative drugs and the imbalance of medical insurance funds. This paper explores the refined and differentiated management of the medical insurance access system, conducts differentiated management of the medical insurance access of various innovative drugs based on the degree of innovation, improves the efficiency of the medical insurance fund, reduces the pressure of the medical insurance fund, improves the access to drugs for patients, and achieves a higher level of basic insurance.
