目的: 探究山东省某三甲医院老年髋部骨折患者住院费用变化及影响因素。方法: 采用描述性分析、多元线性分析及灰度关联法对2017年—2021年老年髋部骨折患者住院费用进行分析。结果: 患者年龄、医保支付方式、住院天数、并发症或合并症严重程度、是否进行手术/操作、入院年份和疾病诊断名称对患者住院费用的差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。住院费用的变化与医疗耗材费、诊疗费和医药费有密切关系。结论: 为合理控制老年髋部骨折患者住院费用,医院应提高医疗资源使用效率,医保部门应加大对医用耗材的监管力度,提供切实可行的政策支持。

Objective: The paper analyzed the inpatient cost change, influencing factors of geriatric hip fractures in a tertiary hospital of Shandong Province. Methods: The inpatient cost of geriatric hip patients in a tertiary hospital from2017to2021was analyzed by descriptive analysis, multivariate linear analysis method, grey correlation method. Results: The age of inpatients, medical insurance payment method, length of stay, severity of comorbidities or complications, performing surgery/operation, year of admission, name of disease diagnosis had statistical significance on the total inpatient cost. Changes in total inpatient cost were closely related to medical consumables expenses, diagnosis, treatment expenses, drug expenses. Conclusion: In order to reasonably control the total inpatient cost of geriatric hip fractures, hospitals should take actions to improve the efficiency of medical resource use, healthcare authorities should strengthen the supervision of medical consumables, provide policy support
