摘要
目的: 分析医院智慧医保管理平台的应用,为医院医保服务开辟全新的路径模式。方法: 以江西省某三甲医院为例,将医院智慧医保管理平台应用到医院医保业务流程中,并对应用前后效果进行比对分析。结果: 医院智慧医保管理平台的应用让数据“多跑路”,群众满意度极大提升,医保基金使用效能提升明显,医院管理向精细化迈进。结论: 医院智慧医保管理平台的应用为患者提供更加高效便捷的服务,加强了医院管理,保证了医保基金使用的有效监管。
Abstract
Objective: The paper analyzes the application of intelligent medical insurance management platform, which attempts to open up a new mode for hospital medical insurance services. Methods: Taking a Class III Grade A hospital in Jiangxi Province as an example, the smart medical insurance management platform was applied to the medical insurance business process, the effects before, after application of the platform were compared, analyzed. Results: The application of the platform took advantage of data analysis, the satisfaction of the public, the efficiency of medical insurance, the fine management of hospital is greatly improved. Conclusion: The application of intelligent medical insurance management platform provides patients with more efficient, convenient services. Hospital management has been strengthened to ensure effective supervision of the use of medical insurance funds
