医保基金监管力量能否与医疗保障体系及新形势下的风险挑战相适应,是各项监管措施落地并发挥实效的题中之义,也是医保基金安全高效运行的重要保障之一。本文分析我国建立医保基金监管专职机构的紧迫性,总结部分地区的实践经验,提出医保基金监管专职机构发展和改革建议。

Whether the regulatory force can adapt to the risks, challenges of medical security system under the new situation is the key to the effectiveness implementation of various regulatory measures as well as one of the important guarantees for the safe, efficient operation of the medical insurance fund. This paper analyzes the urgency of establishing a full-time medical insurance fund supervision institution in China, summarizes the practice in some regions, puts forward suggestions for the development, reform of the full-time medical insurance fund supervision institution
