摘要
目的: 分析民族地区居民个人医疗经济负担与医疗保障的相关性。方法: 收集内蒙古自治区2010年-2020年相关数据,利用灰色离散GM（1,1）模型预测居民个人医疗经济负担;利用灰色关联分析模型研究居民个人医疗经济负担与医疗保障的关系。结果: 内蒙古自治区居民个人医疗经济负担高于全国平均水平。经济发展、政府医疗保障支出、基本医保覆盖率和药品价格指数与居民个人医疗经济负担关联度较高。结论: 进一步加大医疗保障等民生领域的政府投入力度,推动减轻个人医疗经济负担与促进消费的良性互动。
Abstract
Objective: The paper analyzes the correlation between personal medical economic burden, medical security of residents in ethnic areas. Methods: We collect relevant data from2010to2020in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, using grey discrete GMmodel to predict residents' personal medical economic burden, grey relation analysis model to study the relationship between residents' personal medical economic burden, medical security. Results: The personal medical economic burden of residents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was higher than the national average. Economic development, government medical security expenditure, basic medical insurance coverage, drug price index are highly correlated with residents' personal medical economic burden. Conclusion: Government should further increase investment in people's livelihood such as medical security, promote the benign interaction between reducing the economic burden of personal medical care, promoting consumption
