伴随社会主要矛盾的转变,内蒙古城乡（牧区）居民的基本医疗需求也在发生变化。本文通过分析基本医疗需求的恩格尔系数,发现内蒙古城乡（牧区）居民的基本医疗需求不仅存在总量的增长,还存在结构性的差异。这种结构差异不仅体现为传统二元视角下的城乡分化,更是阶层视角下的多元分化。为切实保障居民基本医疗需求,应进一步提高医疗保障的整体水平,并适当向低收入群体倾斜,同时创新医疗服务供给方式,向农牧民提供流动的医疗卫生服务。
