目的: 对某医院小儿外科医疗服务能力进行综合评价,为促进医疗服务精细化管理提供参考。方法: 运用综合指数法,对比传统指标和DRG指标,从医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率和医疗安全质量三个维度对小儿外科医疗服务绩效进行分析。结果: 两种评价指标结果差异明显,DRG指标评价方法更符合医院实际情况,较为科学。结论: 将DRG指标纳入医院医疗服务绩效考核,有助于提升医院运营效率,实现医院精细化管理。

Objective: The paper performs comprehensive evaluation of the medical service ability of pediatric surgery in a hospital, providing reference for the fine management of medical service in the hospital. Methods: The performance of pediatric surgery was analyzed from the three dimensions of medical service ability, medical service efficiency, medical safety, quality by using the comprehensive index method, comparing traditional indicators with DRG indicators. Results: The results of the two evaluation methods are quite different, in which the DRG index evaluation method is more scientific, more consistent with the actual situation of the hospital.
