目的: 分析新医改以来我国DRG领域热点主题和发展趋势,以期为相关理论及实践研究提供参考。方法: 以“DRG”及其中英文同义词检索CNKI 2009年4月至2022年4月发表的文献,描述研究现状,并对高频关键词进行聚类分析,绘制主题战略坐标图。结果: 该领域论文发文量呈快速增加趋势,期刊和发文机构分布分散,我国DRG研究内容可分为6个主题类团。结论: 论文所涉主题范围广,内容丰富,各主题的受关注程度及研究成熟度不同,研究者应关注核心研究主题的进展,推动周边主题的实践探索。

Objective: The paper analyzes the hot topics, development trend of DRG in China since the new medical reform, in order to provide reference for relevant theoretical, practical research. Methods: The literature published in CNKI from April, 2009to April, 2022were retrieved with "DRG", its Chinese, English synonyms, the research status was presented. Cluster analysis of high-frequency key words was conducted to draw the topic strategic diagram. Results: The number of papers published in this field showed a trend of rapid increase, journals, publishing institutions were dispersed. DRG research in China can be divided into six clusters of topics. Conclusion: The thesis covered a wide range of topics with rich contents, the degree of attention, research maturity of each topic are different. Researchers should pay attention to the progress of core research topics, promote the practical exploration of surrounding topics
