目的：分析多学科协作在胆囊切除术中的护理效果及对患者自付费用的影响。方法：将我院2021年12月-2022年4月84例胆囊切除术患者随机分为42例采取常规护理的对照组,42例选择联合多学科协作的观察组,14d护理后评估护理效果及费用情况,比较两组患者的社会支持、医学应对方式、自付费用及满意度。结果：观察组的客观支持、主观支持、对支持利用度各项评分高于对照组（P<0.05）,面对评分以及满意度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）,回避、屈服评分以及自付费用低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：多学科协作用于胆囊切除术患者,能减少自付费用,提升患者社会支持,改善患者医学应对方式,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective: The paper is to analyze the nursing effect of multidisciplinary cooperation in cholecystectomy and its impact on patients' out-of-pocket expenses. Methods: 84 patients with cholecystectomy in our hospital from December 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into 42 patients in the control group receiving routine nursing and 42 patients in the observation group receiving multidisciplinary cooperation. After 14 days of nursing, the nursing effect and cost was evaluated, and the social support, medical coping style, out-of-pocket expenses and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of objective support, subjective support and utilization of support in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P﹤0.05), the face-to-face and satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group (P﹤0.05), and the scores of avoidance, submission and self payment were lower than those in the control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: The effect of multidisciplinary collaboration on patients with cholecystectomy can reduce out-of-pocket expenses, improve social support for patients, improve medical coping style and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
