目的：研究基于包干制的护理干预在盆腔炎中的应用及对住院费用的影响。方法：选取2020年4月-2022年4月入住赣北医院的盆腔炎患者共52例,并随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各有患者26例,其中对照组予以常规护理干预,实验组在对照组的基础上选择基于包干制的护理干预。结果：实验组患者的生活质量总评分高于对照组,具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;实验组治疗总依从性96.15%高于对照组76.92%,实验组住院费用低于对照组,具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：基于包干制的护理干预有利于提高患者生活质量,增加治疗依从度,减少住院费用,减轻患者的经济负担。

Objective: The paper studies the application of nursing intervention based on responsibility system in pelvic inflammation and its impact on hospitalization expenses. Methods: A total of 52 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Ganbei Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 26 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group chose responsibility system nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Results: The study showed that the total score of quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P﹤0.05). The total treatment compliance of the experimental group was 96.15%, higher than 76.92% of the control group, and the hospitalization cost of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, which was statistically significant (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention based on the responsibility system is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients, increasing treatment compliance, reducing hospitalization costs, and reducing the economic burden of patients.
