目的：探讨规范化综合护理对剖腹产医疗费用的影响。方法：选择2019年10月-2022年1月在医院接受剖腹产的50例产妇为对象,随机分成对照组（n=25）和观察组（n=25）。将对照组施以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予规范化综合护理,评估两组的护理效果,比较两组产妇护理后的临床恢复、生活质量、医疗费用及产后并发症等情况。结果：观察组的住院时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、泌乳时间、疼痛程度及医疗费用等均低于对照组（P<0.05）,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）,观察组的产后并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：规范化综合护理利于剖腹产产妇的身心健康,可降低产后并发症发生率,降低医疗费用、节省生育保险基金,减轻产妇经济负担,具有推广意义。

Objective: The paper explores the effect of standardized comprehensive nursing on medical costs of patients with Caesarean section. Methods: 50 patients who underwent c-section in hospital from October 2019 to January 2022 were selected as subjects and divided into the control group (n=25) and the observation group (n=25) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given standardized comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The effect of the two groups was evaluated,and the clinical recovery, quality of life, medical costs and postpartum complications of the two groups was compared. Results: The hospitalization time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, lactation time, pain intensity and medical expenses of the observation group was lower than those of the control group (P﹤0.05). The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P﹤0.05), and the incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Standardized comprehensive nursing can improve the physical and mental health of patients with Caesarean section, reduce medical costs, save medical insurance funds and help to reduce maternal economic burden, thus it is worthy of promotion.
