目的：了解我国医疗服务价格的研究现状,把握研究热点及趋势,为相关研究提供参考,以期推进公立医院精细化管理和高质量发展。方法：以CNKI文献数据库为数据来源,采用文献计量学方法,用可视化软件（CiteSpace）对医疗服务价格相关文献进行分析。结果：共纳入文献840篇,医疗服务价格领域的文献量呈增长趋势;发文量≥10篇的作者有7人;发文数量最多的研究机构为南方医科大学南方医院;医疗服务价格、医疗服务价格调整、医疗服务成本为近来持续关注的研究热点。结论：我国医疗服务价格研究发文量近几年逐渐增高,研究核心团队和机构主要集中在广东、上海等地,研究重心逐渐与公立医院整体改革相适应,侧重于公立医院价格核心价值的体现。

Objective: The paper is to understand the research status of medical service price in China, grasp the research hotspots and trends, and provide reference for related research, so as to promote the fine management and high-quality development of public hospitals. Methods: CNKI literature database was used as the data source and bibliometric method was used to analyze the literature related to medical service price with visualization software (CiteSpace). Results: A total of 840 articles were included, and the number of articles in the field of medical service price showed an increasing trend. There were 7 authors who published 10 or more articles. The research institution with the largest number of publications was Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University. There were 6 key words whose between centrality was 0.1 or more. Recently medical service price, medical service price adjustment and medical service cost has been the research hotspots. Conclusion: The number of medical service price research papers in China has gradually increased in recent years, and the core research teams and institutions are mainly located in Guangdong, Shanghai and other places. The research focus gradually adapts to the overall reform of public hospitals, focusing on the embodiment of the core value of public hospital prices.
