2021年4月,国务院办公厅发布《关于建立健全职工基本医疗保险门诊共济保障机制的指导意见》,进一步健全互助共济、责任共担的职工基本医疗保险制度。本文以山东省济宁市改革实践为例,总结职工基本医保门诊共济保障机制的经验做法、成效、问题及展望,为推动职工医保门诊共济保障机制改革提供借鉴。

In April 2021, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Establishing and Improving the Outpatient Coordination Mechanism for Basic Medical Insurance for Employees" to further improve the basic medical insurance system for employees with mutual assistance and shared responsibility. Taking the reform of Jining in Shandong Province as an example, this paper summarizes the experience, achievements, problems and prospects of outpatient coordination guarantee mechanism of basic medical insurance for employees, and provides reference for promoting the mechanism reform.
