目的: 探讨延续性护理在老年高血压患者中的应用及对医疗费用的影响。方法: 选择2017年6月至2020年6月在我院治疗的老年高血压患者72例作为对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组施以延续性护理,比较两组患者在护理前后的血压水平、医疗费用和治疗依从性。结果: 护理前,两组血压水平比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;护理后,观察组的收缩压、舒张压水平、医疗费用低于对照组（P<0.05）,观察组的总依从性高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论: 对老年高血压患者施以延续性护理有助于控制血压水平,提高治疗依从性,减少医疗费用,降低患者的经济负担。
Abstract
Objective: The paper explored the application of continuous care in elderly patients with hypertension and its impact on medical costs. Methods: A total of 72 elderly patients with hypertension treated in my hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as subjects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received continuous nursing. The blood pressure level, medical expenses and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results: There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and medical expenses in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Total compliance of observation group was higher than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of continuous care in elderly patients with hypertension can help control the blood pressure, improve treatment compliance, reduce medical costs, thus reducing the economic burden of patients.
