目的: 探讨临床护理路径在院内感染患者中的应用效果及对医疗费用的影响。方法: 选择2020年12月—2022年4月发生院内感染的62例患者为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各31例,对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上联合临床护理路径,7d护理后评估患者效果,比较两组患者的生活质量、医疗费用和满意度。结果: 观察组的生活质量高于对照组,医疗费用低于对照组,且护理满意度总体优于对照组。结论: 临床护理路径用于院内感染患者有助于提升患者生活质量,降低医疗费用,可获得较高满意度,值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective: The paper explored the effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with nosocomial infection and its influence on medical expenses. Methods: 62 patients with nosocomial infection from December 2020 to April 2022 were selected as subjects, and were divided into two groups, with 31 patients in each group by random number table method. The two groups were given conventional treatment, the control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given conventional nursing and clinical nursing path. After 7 days of nursing, the effect of patients was evaluated, and the quality of life, medical expenses and satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results: The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the medical cost was lower than that in the control group, and the overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Clinical nursing path can help improve the quality of life and reduce medical costs. Patients with nosocomial infection would be more satisfied with the treatment, therefore clinical nursing path is worth popularizing.
