目的: 分析我国长护险制度试点研究进展。方法: 以2016年-2021年CNKI数据库中收录的126篇以“长护险试点”为主题的文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace软件绘制关键词知识图谱、关键词时序图谱,对文献研究内容和研究热点等进行可视化分析。结果: 长护险试点研究文献数量稳步上升,作者间合作强度不高。研究内容包括长护险制度的必要性与可行性、保险待遇、护理服务、筹资机制、试点成效及问题研究等五个方面。研究热点的变迁经历缓慢探索期（2016年）、快速发展期（2017年-2019年）、稳定增长期（2020年至今）三个阶段。长护险制度设计、筹资模式、试点成效评估是当前研究热点。结论: 长护险制度试点研究呈现阶段化、复杂化特征。建议创新研究方法,加强全国层面的系统研究。

Objective: The paper is to analyze the progress of research on long-term care insurance pilots in China. Methods: 126 papers with the topic of "long-term insurance pilot" published from 2016 to 2021 were derived from the CNKI database. By using CiteSpace software, the knowledge map and time series map of key words were drawn to conduct visualized analysis on research content and focus. Results: The number of literature on long-term care insurance pilot has increased steadily, but there is little cooperation between authors. The contents of research could be classified into five groups, including the necessity and feasibility of long-term care insurance system, insurance benefit, care service, financing mechanism, pilot effect and related issues. The changes of research focus could be divided into three stages, including slow exploration period (2016), fast growth period (2017-2019) and steady growth period (2020-present). The design of long-term insurance system, financing method and the evaluation on the pilot effect are the research focus at present. Conclusion: The research on long-term care insurance pilot showed a periodic trend and were becoming more complicated. The further study should adopt innovative methodologies to strengthen the systematic research at national level.
