体外诊断试剂集中采购是我国医改领域战略购买和医药集采治理的重要内容,当前各类采购工作模式优劣并存、亟待完善。本文在分析我国开展体外诊断（IVD）试剂集中带量采购工作必要性与迫切性的基础上,对院级自主非集中采购、地市级集中招标采购、省级集中挂网采购和省级集中带量采购等四种当前主要采购工作模式进行了介绍和比较分析,并提出政策建议。

The centralized procurement of in-vitro diagnostic reagents is an important part of the strategic purchase and centralized medical procurement management in the field of medical reform in China. At present, various procurement work modes have both advantages and disadvantages and need to be improved. This paper introduces, compares and analyzes four current main procurement work modes, including hospital-level independent non-centralized procurement, prefectural-level centralized bidding procurement, provincial-level centralized online procurement, and provincial-level centralized procurement with volume, and puts forward policy suggestions.
