福建省医保局积极推动监管能力建设,构建行政执法、协议管理、智能监测“三位一体”的基金监管专职机构。本文介绍福建省医保基金监管专职机构成立的背景,梳理总结推动医保基金监管能力建设的经验做法及成效,提出加强监管队伍顶层设计、建立医保特色职称体系和进一步挖掘大数据潜力等思考建议。

Fujian Healthcare Security Administration is actively promoting its regulatory capacity, and establishing a regulatory agency integrating administrative enforcement of law, agreement management and intelligence monitoring. This paper introduces the background of the establishing the regulatory agencies in Fujian Province, summarizes the experience and achievement in promoting regulatory capacity, and puts forwards three suggestions in respect of strengthening the top-level design of the regulatory team, establishing a special medical insurance professional title system, and exploiting potential of big data.
