摘要

由于各地医保政策碎片化的管理现状,医保基金损失如何认定一直是困扰医保监管执法的难题。本文结合具体案例对医保基金损失认定现状进行分析总结,提出可行的建议措施,以期提升医保基金损失认定的标准化、精细化水平。

Abstract

Due to the fragmented management of local healthcare security policies, how to determine the illegal amount of healthcare security has always been a difficult problem perplexing the supervision and law enforcement of healthcare security. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of loss identification of healthcare security fund with specific cases and puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the standardization and refinement of fund loss identification in the field of healthcare security.
