深化医保支付方式改革离不开医疗机构的理解、配合和支持。本文以江苏省淮安市、福建省厦门市、山东省东营市、广东省广州市4个区域点数法总额预算和按病种分值付费（DIP）示范点为例,总结归纳其实施DIP改革过程中医保与医疗政策协同和管理协同的实践经验及成效,为推进医保支付方式改革提供参考。

Promoting the reform of healthcare security payment methods is inseparable from the understanding, cooperation and support of medical institutions. Taking Huai’an in Jiangsu Province, Xiamen in Fujian Province, Dongying in Shandong Province and Guangzhou in Guangdong Province as examples, we summarize the collaborative reform practice and effectiveness of policy coordination and management coordination between healthcare security and medical institutions of four DIP demonstration sites, which provides reference for the promotion of healthcare security payment methods reform.
