摘要
商业健康保险可持续发展,与经济社会发展、医药服务供给、群众健康需求以及多层次医疗保障体系建设情况息息相关。本文从经济社会发展、人民群众健康需求、健康服务供给、基本医疗保障四个方面分析了商业健康保险的需求、矛盾和制约点,探讨其健康可持续发展的路径。提出加强顶层设计,进一步明确商业健康保险在经济社会发展中的定位和地位,正确把握其发展的基本关系,厘清发展方向,加强在产品供给、产品创新、市场营销、风险控制、售后服务等方面的能力等建议。
Abstract
The sustainable development of commercial health insurance is closely related to economic and social development, medical service supply, people's health demand and the construction of multi-level healthcare security system. This paper analyzes the demand, contradiction and restriction from economic and social development, people's health demand, health service supply and basic healthcare security, and discusses the path of healthy and sustainable development. It is proposed to strengthen the top-level design, further clarify the position of commercial health insurance in economic and social development, correctly grasp the major relationship of its development, clarify the development direction, and strengthen the ability in product supply, product innovation, marketing, risk management, after-sales service, etc.
