摘要

医疗保障是我国民生与社会保障体系的重要组成部分与主干。本研究以2003年-2022年国务院《政府工作报告》为对象,借助Nvivo11分析软件,分析了政府对医疗保障注意力配置的强度与指向,总结提炼出我国医疗保障事业的发展走向和变化规律,以期为我国医疗保障制度的完善提供有价值的意见及建议。

Abstract

Healthcare security is an important part and backbone of people's livelihood and social security system in China. This research is based on the "Government Work Report" of the State Council from 2003 to 2022, applies Nvivo11 analysis software to analyze the intensity and direction of the government's attention allocation to healthcare security, and summarizes the direction and change pattern of China's healthcare security, providing valuable opinions and suggestions for the improvement.
