卫生技术评估（HTA）已广泛应用于发达国家耗材技术的评审、目录准入和报销政策制定。本研究重点介绍了英国和澳大利亚两国将卫生技术评估应用于耗材准入和支付的流程和经验,为我国医疗保障部门下一步将卫生技术评估应用于耗材管理、出台相关政策文件提供依据。
Abstract
Health Technology Assessment (HTA) has been widely used in the assessment, medical insurance list negotiation and reimbursement policy making of consumables. This study focuses on the process and experience of applying HTA into healthcare consumables access and payment in the UK and Australia, and intends to provide reference for HTA policy making in the future.
