摘要
目的:对某医院剖宫产手术患者住院费用进行分析,了解其基本医疗保险支出情况。方法:选取2018年10月至2020年10月某医院收治的1000例剖宫产手术患者为研究对象,分析其基础资料、住院天数、住院费用以及基本医疗保险支出费用。结论:剖宫产手术患者的住院费用呈上升趋势,药费以及手术治疗费为其主要构成部分,按病种付费可能会促使患者的剖宫产费用降低。
Abstract
Objective: The paper analyzes the hospitalization expenses of cesarean section in a hospital and their basic medical insurance expenses.Methods: A total of 1000 cesarean section patients in a hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were collected as the research objects, and their basic data, length of stay, hospitalization expenses and basic medical insurance expenses were analyzed.Conclusion: The hospitalization cost of cesarean section patients is on the rise, and the cost of medicine and surgical treatment are the main factors affecting the hospitalization cost of patients.
