摘要

在DRG付费背景下,医疗机构衍生了有别于传统按项目付费的新的医疗违规行为。监管这些新医疗违规行为是深化医保支付方式改革必不可少的配套措施之一。本文以四川省眉山市DRG监管实践为例,探讨 “线上+线下”全流程监管模式的做法、成效和问题,并提出改进建议,供全国其他地区借鉴。

Abstract

Under the DRG payment, medical institutions have new violations different from the traditional fee-for-service. The supervision of these violations is one of the necessary measures to further deepen the reform of the medical insurance payment method. Taking the practice of DRG supervision in Meishan City, Sichuan Province as an example, this paper explores methods, achievements and concerns of the "online plus offline" supervision mode and offers suggestions accordingly, providing reference for other regions in China.
