摘要

我国台湾地区实行全民医保政策,建立了较为完善的医保目录准入与调整机制,分析和研究我国台湾地区医保目录动态管理机制,能够为更好发挥医保基金战略性购买作用,坚持医疗保障需求侧管理和医药服务供给侧改革并重,为进一步“腾笼换鸟”提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract

Taiwan area has implemented the universal medical insurance policy and established a relatively perfect medical insurance catalogue access and adjustment mechanism. Analyzing and studying the dynamic management mechanism of medical insurance catalogue in Taiwan area can provide reference for giving better play to the strategic purchase role of medical insurance fund and adhering to the demand side management of healthcare security and the supply side reform of medical services.
