Through a review of relevant research literature, this paper reviews the basic operation, regulatory methods and regulatory measures of DRG-based payment in the United States, Germany, Australia and other developed countries, in order to summarize experience and provide ideas for the establishment and improvement of DRG-based payment regulatory review system in China.
