国家组织药品集中采购工作落地实施以来,结余资金的测算对医疗机构有着非常重要的激励作用。本文结合安徽省工作实际,对相关参数指标进行模拟演算,以各医疗机构不同报量大小进行分类分析,最终得出建议：医疗机构在报量时可适当上浮约定采购量基数,引导患者尽量减少使用未中选产品或者使用采购价低于中选价的非中选药品,以期达到各品种的结余留用资金最大化。
