随着医保改革发展进入新时代,参保群众对医疗保障服务质效的要求越来越高。浙江省湖州市南浔区立足民生需求,自2019年起将城乡居民基本医保经办业务全面下沉,建立区——乡镇（街道）——村（社区）三级经办平台,并进一步推进经办服务流程精简化、标准化,以数字化改革为契机升级服务体验,建设一支专业高效的医保经办队伍,切实增强人民群众的满意度、获得感。

As the development of healthcare security reform entered a New Era, people are asking for the healthcare security services of higher quality and efficiency. Based on the needs of people's livelihood, Nanxun District has comprehensively extended the healthcare security handling business for urban and rural residents to the grass-roots level since 2019, and established a three-level handling platform of district, township (street) and village (community). And further promote the simplification and standardization of handling service process, and take the digital reform as an opportunity to upgrade the service experience. It built a professional healthcare security team to deal with people’s healthcare security issues efficiently, to improve people's satisfaction and well-being.
