摘要

2019年12月起,湖南省株洲市推动高血压、糖尿病患者门诊用药保障政策落实落地。通过精准宣传、关口前移、共享基卫数据、送药上门、强化中选药品考核、创设“医联体药柜”等六大举措,全面打通“两病”患者门诊用药“最后一公里”,全市30多万“两病”患者充分享受到相应待遇,大大提升了“两病”患者的获得感、幸福感、安全感。

Abstract

Since December 2019, the policy of outpatient medication support for hypertension and diabetes has been implemented in Zhuzhou. Through accurate propaganda, sharing of primary health data, drug delivery, strengthening the selection of drug assessment and other initiatives to fully open the hypertension and diabetes outpatient medication "last mile", the city's about 300000 patients fully enjoy the corresponding treatment, greatly enhance the patient's sense of acquisition, happiness and safety.
