浙江省绍兴市于2021年起实行“统收统支”模式的基本医保市级统筹。绍兴市以制度政策统一为基础、基金统收统支为核心、管理服务一体为目标,通过五大统一,全面做实基本医保市级统筹,取得了三大成效。下一步,绍兴市还需要在市级统筹下的筹资管理、强化三医联动下的支付方式改革、加强经办服务等方面不断完善,从而更好地为参保群众服务。
