目的: 分析医保付费方式改革对神经外科住院患者平均医疗费用及满意度的影响。方法: 以武穴市某二甲医院神经外科的80例住院患者为研究对象,根据医保付费方式不同,将改革前（2020年6月—2021年6月）按项目付费的40例患者归为对照组,将改革后（2021年7月—2022年6月）按病种分值（DIP）付费的40例患者列为观察组,比较两组患者的平均医疗费用及诊疗满意度。结果: 观察组的平均检查费用、平均药物费用、平均手术费用、平均住院费用及其他费用均低于对照组,诊疗满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论: 全面推进DIP医保付费方式改革对医院控制患者医疗成本、提升患者诊疗满意率、减少医患纠纷、提升整体服务质量均有积极意义。

Objective: The paper analyzes the impact of medical insurance payment reform on the average medical expenses, satisfaction of neurosurgery inpatients. Methods: We selected80inpatients in neurosurgery department of a hospital in Wuxue City as the object of study.40patients paid by traditional medical insurance from June2020to June2021was listed as the control group, while40patients paid by DIP from July2021to June2022were listed as the observation group. The average medical cost, satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The average examination cost, average drug cost, average operation cost, average hospitalization cost, other cost of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the satisfaction rate of diagnosis, treatment was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Promoting the reform of DIP medical insurance payment is of positive significance for controlling patients' medical costs, improving patients' satisfaction rate of diagnosis, treatment, reducing doctor-patient disputes, improving the overall service quality of the hospital
