摘要

医保电子凭证是全国统一的医保信息平台的重要组成部分,是相较于社保卡、身份证更具优势的医保身份识别介质,是一项集合了多种医保经办服务能力的数字化应用。本文立足医保电子凭证理念设计、特征优势及工作进展等情况,针对当前各地推广应用存在的问题,从加大宣传推广力度、拓宽应用场景、挖掘典型地区经验等方面提出建议。

Abstract

Healthcare security electronic certificateis an important component of the nation-unified healthcare security information system. Compared with security security card, ID card, it has more advantages as a medical insurance identity recognition medium, integrating multiple e-government services in the healthcare security field. Based on the philosophy, characteristics, advantages, progress of HSEC, this paper puts forward the suggestions for the popularization of HSEC, broadening the application scenarios, exploring more regional experience in the future to solve the problems in application
